Cincinnati Jazz & BBQ Festival 2017

This year’s Cincinnati Jazz & BBQ Festival will take place on September 9 at the intersection of Madison & Whetsel.

Music by the Nasty Nati Brass Band, Triage featuring Eugene Goss and Jazz Renaissance.

Food by Ron D’s BBQ, Sweets & Meats BBQ, Depot Barbecue and Pit to Plate.

Madisonville redevelopment plans included in Cincinnati budget

Cincinnati will pump $4 million into Madisonville as part of the new city budget. On Thursday night, there’s a community meeting about the project. 16-year-old Imani has just started her first job as a barista at the new “Cookoo’s Coffee Shoppe.”
